You can download all your images and save them to your personal device. I highly recommend saving them in multiple locations for safekeeping. Feel free to share your photos as you wish!

Enter your email address (double-check for accuracy to ensure you receive your images).
Once entered, the gallery will open for viewing.
Your gallery will expire on March 23rd. Be sure to download your images before this date, as they will no longer be accessible after the gallery expires.
Scroll through the gallery and enjoy all the smiles!
To save your favorite images, click the heart icon on each desired photo. You can later access them in your "Favorites" folder to download in bulk.
There are three ways to download:
Download All Images at Once
Click the "Download All" button.
The entire gallery will download as a zipped folder (if large in size).
Download Selected Favorites
After selecting your favorite images (by clicking the heart icon), go to your Favorites folder.
Click the Download button to save just those selected images.
Download Images Individually
Click the download icon on each image to save them one by one.
Your downloaded images will be saved to your device's Downloads folder or a location you select.
If your gallery downloads as a zipped folder, you must unzip/extract the files before accessing them:
Windows: Right-click the folder > Click Extract All > Choose a destination > Click Extract.
Mac: Double-click the zipped folder to automatically extract.
iPhone/iPad: Tap the zipped folder > Tap Preview Content > Tap the share icon to save each image.
Android: Locate the zipped folder > Tap to open > Extract the files.
1. I entered my email, but I can’t access the gallery.
Double-check your email address for typos.
If you still have trouble, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser (Google Chrome works best).
2. My images aren’t downloading.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
If downloading on a phone or tablet, try using a computer for an easier process.
Disable any pop-up blockers, as they may interfere with downloads.
3. My downloaded images are missing or not showing up.
Check your Downloads folder.
If your images were downloaded in a zipped folder, unzip them before opening.
4. The images are blurry or pixelated.
The images in the gallery may be previews. Ensure you’re downloading the full-resolution images, not screenshots.
5. Can I still access my gallery after the expiration date?
Unfortunately, no. Be sure to download your images before March 23rd. Once the gallery expires, images will no longer be available.
