Guidelines and Policy
I am so excited you are here and we are going through one of your biggest accomplishments together. I am blessed to be working with you and helping you document your entire senior year! Please review this page and refer back to it as often as you would like or need. Follow all the guidelines to make sure you are upholding your ambassador status and encourage each other along this process! Be blessed and I am always here if you need me!
What is Laci James Photography Senior Ambassador program-
Current or upcoming High School Seniors who work with me throughout your entire senior year!! No, you don’t have to be a supermodel…just be an outgoing, fun-spirited person! As an Ambassador, you will receive a full Senior Session with 10 digital images that you pick. As well as specific additional sessions through out the year (Fall Watermarked images of your selection will be used to post on all social media platforms through out your senior year. All Senior Ambassadors will receive Senior Rep cards to share with family and friends ((especially other high school seniors!!)) I will tag you on social media throughout the year, you will share and promo these posts and images. Parent or Legal Guardian must sign contract and agree to the year of your ambassadorship. For each Referral that you bring to me you will get points and rewards! The more the marrier!!
Referral Program and guidelines
Session type: 2023 Senior Ambassador Program Location and details: Locations will vary through out the year.
Each Senior will have 1 (one) full senior session before August 2022 (1 hour to 1.5 hours in length with 10 digitals only).
2022 Fall Mini, 2023 Spring Mini and Cap and Gown Mini before May 2023 are included (10-15 min session with 10 digital images only).
Mobile App for photo sharing, Social media gallery with watermarked images to use on all social media platforms and help promote Laci James Photography.
Senior will have the option to join Laci for additional shoots including styled shoots when available during their time as a Senior Ambassador as models and assist Laci during shoots if they interested in helping shoots.
No additional digitals, prints or products are included but can be purchased separately after shoots or at the end of the program.
Rep cards with seniors images to refer other seniors and possibly earn rewards for referrals.
Each Senior ambassador will get a personal Blog post on Laci James Photography.
Extended Perks for referrals-
Every 5 Booked and Paid Referral Senior will get $50 Studio Credit up to 20 referrals. Senior must give written and verbal acknowledgement when making inquiry for referrals to be documented.
Studio Credit can be used for additional sessions digitals and/or prints sizes 8x10 and smaller. (Customized announcements, canvas prints, metal prints, albums, block prints or other specialty products are not included). Credit Must be used by June 2023.
Once 20 referrals have booked and paid, every 5 additional referrals Senior will get a $25 Visa gift card up to 40 referrals (max of $100 in gift cards)
To get credit for referrals, referral has to put your name with they inquire! No credit will be given at a later date or after session! Referral must book and pay for a session, have their session and purchase images (Full and completed session) for Senior to officially get referral credit!

There are options for all budgets! Anyone can purchase prints, products, digitals and/or packages. Contact Laci for guidelines and purchase minimums.
Guidelines to uphold as an Ambassador
MUST be KIND (ALWAYS!), outgoing, fun, and a role model for not only Laci James Photography Seniors but your peers, family, friends and community!
Must Like and Follow my social media pages- @lacijamesphotography (FB, IG and TikTok)
Have family and friends on your social media to help bring in more referrals! Tag them or share posts with them!!
Use rep cards to help spread the exciting experience with Laci James Photography by showing images and talking with family and friends about your experience and beautiful images.
Share watermarked images on all social media platforms.
Must not get in trouble with the law at anytime while representing Laci James Photography.
CAN ONLY REPRESENT LACI JAMES PHOTOGRAPHY DURING YOUR SENIOR YEAR. - CAN’T SHARE OR PROMOTE ANY OTHER PHOTOGRAPHER DURING YOUR SENIOR YEAR.
I rely on your support and active seniors will be rewarded!
SENIOR MUST FOLLOW COPYRIGHT GUIDELINES AS STATED IN CONTRACT.
Social media guidelines
Only Share Watermarked images on your personal page.
Must have a Laci James Photography image as profile picture now through Graduation. Can change image with different sessions.
Like all my posts on all platforms.
Comment on my posts on all platforms.
Share posts with tags and fun exciting comments.
Share posts on stories.
Take behind the scene images and videos during get togethers and sessions. Share these on social media with your friends and send them to me as well to save and share at a later time.
**SENIOR AMBASSADOR MUST UPHOLD ALL THESE GUIDELINES. IF SENIOR DOESN’T FOLLOW, SENIOR WILL BE LET GO FROM THE PROGRAM AND BREACH CONTRACT.
