I am so glad you are here! Here is some great information about my NEW Brand Ambassador Program and how you can be part of it!

As we all know businesses grow more by work of mouth! My business thrives on word of mouth as well! Experiences and trust from family and friends! I love personal interactions and getting to know my clients on a personal level! Reviews, feedback and referrals are what makes up my business. Sharing, posting and even tagging on the new "word of mouth" platform helps but not always a great personal representation. Even some clients don’t want images posted, which Is totally understandable. So I have done some thinking and I am wanting to grow my brand and reach out to everyone on a bit more personal level. Starting October 2019 my NEW BRAND AMBASSADOR PROGRAM will be in full swing. But starting today I will be opening up and seeking individuals who will be my Brand Ambassador! This program will first be for maternity/newborns but will shortly be something for engagements/weddings!
WHAT IS A BRAND AMBASSADOR AND WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
A Brand Ambassador is first and foremost someone who is kind, loving and trustworthy that loves Laci James Photography. You must like my business and my images so much so that you are happy to share my work and recommend me to friends, family, just about anyone! I am looking for mommas and mommas to be that are social media savvy and will actively interact with our Facebook page, Facebook group and Instagram often, this can be as simple as a like or even commenting and sharing in order to introduce the brand to as many people as possible. Gaining referrals is a requirement and how you earn your rewards.
There will be 2 spots available for Maternity/Newborn in each month: Due date must be October, November, and December! 6 spots open for this year. January 2020 is a new year and means new spots!! So if your due in 2020, go ahead and fill out the application!
What I expect of my Brand Ambassadors:
Must be kind and respectful!
Must be active on social media.
Must be willing to share and tag photos on social media.
Actively interact with our Facebook page such as liking, sharing and commenting on photos.
Involved in at least one Facebook group where you can recommend us (mom groups are wonderful!) But can't promote another Photographer during you Ambassador time.
Outgoing and not afraid to talk about Laci James Photography to friends, family and even strangers!
12 Low resolution Watermarked Images to share weekly for 3 months on Facebook.
For each booked referral you will earn $50 LJ Photography Credit to be used against future bookings or images, prints or products during your one year with me.
For each photo posted on Facebook you will receive the equivalent High Resolution photo with printing rights.
Brand Ambassador discount on all sessions outside your initial session.
1 Year commitment to being an Ambassador.
FINALLY…
Once accepted you will be given an appointment for your free session with me. Once the session is finalized you will be called for a viewing session where you will also be able to pre-select your 12 favorite images from the whole gallery and the order in which you’d like them released weekly. During your first 3 months with us we expect you to share your photos with your friends and family on a weekly basis, interact with our social page, group and Instagram at least once a week. After your 3 months with us the duties will subside to at least once a month. You will have one year to earn your referrals credit.
A final viewing session will be set up for you once your one year of ambassadorship is over, to look back over your session. You will then have the opportunity to purchase extra images, prints or products at a discounted price or redeem the images with your referrals credit collected. To help you refer others we will also give any new client who you refer $50 off a single session.
You will need to sign a model release for each session and understand that any media created during your sessions will be used in marketing and our portfolio.
Your time as a brand ambassador will last for 12 months and during this time you must not promote any other photographers.
